I design social media posts for my clients can I use your designs to create posts for them?

Yes on the UNLIMITED subscription plan this is possible. All items inside the shop are available for UNLIMITED access for any personal design, business design, or digital creators to use to share the end design with your business or customers.

How many templates do we get?

When you are on the UNLIMITED access plan you will get access to all current templates and NEW templates added. We are still building our store and are estimating the access to over 38,000 templates by the summer! Our goal over the next year is 50,000+ templates. When you purchase a single license for personal/designer usage you will have instant access to the templates based on what is included in the product or bundle option. Template products can range from 1 to 1000 based on the specific product or bundle. When on the UNLIMITED access plan you get access to our membership course and community to get notified of new additions and updates. When you are on the UNLIMITED access plan you will get access to all current templates and NEW templates added. We are still building our store and are excited to add new templates weekly, monthly, and yearly. Our goal over the next year is 50,000+ templates. When you purchase a single license for personal/designer you will have instant access to the templates based on what is included in the product or bundle option. Template products can range from 1 to 1000 based on the specific product or bundle. When on the UNLIMITED access plan you get access to our membership course and community to get notified of new additions and updates.

Do you have a cancellation or refund policy?

You can cancel your UNLIMITED subscription anytime before your next renewal date by sending an email to [email protected] with the email related to your licence and UNLIMITED subscription. You will have access to the templates until the last day of your subscription. Once cancelled you are not allowed to create new templates for any personal/design usage.

Due to the nature of the digital media products it is impossible to reutrn them so we do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to cancel befroe your next renewal date no matter what circumstances arise. Once called all access to the UNLMITED Access membership are revoked. So you will no longer have access to your membership course inside of your membership library.

What does a Personal/Designer License mean?

A personal/designer license means that you as an individual business owner, creator, marketer, or designer have access to use any product inside the store or on the UNLIMTIED plan for you and or your customer. You can not resell or share the Canva or Digital Assets links with anyone as they are for your usage only. You make a copy of the assets and can edit it and download the finished product for design needs. You may share the finished product you have edited a website, email, landing page, or social media posts related to your personal business, marketer and/or designer customer. Again not sharing the link for anyone to edit except you. These are your assets for projects you create.

Do I need Canva PRO to use your templates and designs?

You need to have a FREE or PAID Canva account to access our designs as we share a unique Canva link that you will copy and add into your account. It is not necessary to have a PAID account to access our templates however we strongly recommend having a PRO Canva account as you have so many great things you can do with it!

How much does it cost to access the UNLIMITED personal/business usage.

Our UNLIMITED plans include a monthly and a yearly option. Subscriptions are based on which one you select. They auto-renew each month or each year. So if you wish downgrade, upgrade, or cancel please send your request in writing to [email protected] with the email related to your subscription plan and program.

Can I use your templates for more than one account?

Yes if you are on the UNLIMITED plan! WE created this to help your business or design efforts to allow a personal/designer subscription to use the templates for your business or client account. You can NOT sell or give away the direct Canva or Google Links based on the product or bundle not even if you have customized them for the customer. This is the best value if you plan to use many templates or a single template product or bundle several times.

Do I get instant access when I sign up or purchase a product or bundle?

Yes! When you purchase a single product or a bundle we send you an email with a PDF that will have access to your product or bundle links to make a copy to add to your Canva or Google Drive account. When you purchase the UNLIMITED Yearly you will have instant access to our Membership Course Library that houses all of the templates currently available and coming. They are neatly organized into categories so that you can login and access what you need when you need it.

What if the colors do not fit my brand, business, or customer?

The best thing about what we offer is the ability to access our direct Canva templates. Once you make a copy of the template you can completely customize this to your brand or your customers brand. You can also change text, fonts, colors, background images, and or images based on your Canva FREE or PRO plan option.

I sell templates, can I resell your templates on my Store or to my customers?

This goes against our TERMS and CONDITIONS. If you sell templates on your own shop our templates and or UNLIMITED and/or our store items are NOT for you. All of our Templates are NOT ALLOWED for RESELL. You can not share the Canva or Google link with anyone outside of your Canva Account or your Canva Team.
